Energy Gas is the fluids trading and storage subsidiary of Energy Holding.
The company’s team includes lawyers, economists and engineers with experience in energy, construction project management of gas and electricity infrastructure and fuel trade. Core activity of Energy Gas JSC is trade with natural gas on the regulated markets in Bulgaria and Romania, for which it acquires License №L-690-15/29.06.2023 of KEVR for a 10-year period and Decision 2345/05.11.2024 of ANRE.
After licensing, the company got access to regional gas trading platforms – Gas Hub Balkan, CDP (trading platform of Bulgartransgaz) and RBP (European trading platform for transmission and storage capacity through the gas transmission network of Central and Eastern Europe). The first transactions were concluded in August 2023.
